Unfortunately Google Scholar doesn't have a setting that will allow you to restrict results only to peer-reviewed articles. If you find articles in Google Scholar, you would have to look up the journal the article is published in to find out whether they use peer review or not.

 

When using library databases, there are options to restrict to peer review, either from the main search page or usually in the left hand column of the results page. For example, in Ebsco databases (such as Academic Search Complete), there is a checkbox to filter for peer-reviewed articles only in the section below the main search box:
