If you are trying to login to the Library Databases and your credentials are not being accepted, first make sure you are using the correct username and password. You should be logging in with the same OLLU username and password that you use to get into the Portal and your OLLU email. 



If you are able to get into the Portal and your OLLU email and the same credentials are not being accepted to access the library databases, try resetting your password first.


If you have reset your password and are still not able to get in, submit a ticket through the Help Desk so that your account can be checked for the correct permission settings.
