Q. How do I make a hanging indent in Word?

In Word, place your cursor at the beginning of the paragraph you want to place the hanging indent. Then, click on the small box on the bottom right corner of the paragraph section. A new box will appear. Go to the Indentation area of the window and select "Hanging" from the pull down menu under Special and click ok. This will create a hanging indentation for your paragraph.
