Answer

WorldCat Discovery contains everything that is in the library's Books & Media Catalog, as well as everything that is in Worldcat.org, as well as stuff that is in the library's databases. It is basically a single search that searches a lot of different places at once.

You can narrow down your search focus to just books, just articles, just media items, or to everything before you search. In the Advanced Search option you can also choose to search individual databases. Our guide on How To Use WorldCat Discovery gives more information on how to search, including the basic and advanced search options, as well as how to narrow down your results.
